We usually ship the carpet the next working day. You will receive an e-mail with a link to track the parcel. Our carpets are normally delivered within 2-5 working days. If there are any problems with the delivery, please contact us.

As soon as the carpet has arrived back at our warehouse, we will refund you the amount paid.

We will be happy to clean your Persian. Please send us some pictures and the dimensions of the carpet and we will make you an offer for collection, cleaning and delivery.

You are very welcome to view a carpet in our showroom. Please contact us in advance and let us know which rugs you would like to see, so that we have all the rugs in stock when you visit.
